The Twin Valley Players Colonnade Theater Rental Rules and Regulations

The Twin Valley Players Colonnade is thrilled to have your consideration of our facility for your upcoming event! We strive to provide the best service and value to give everyone a truly unforgettable experience. A variety of rental options are available to meet the unique needs of your event.

Rental Packages

  • Blue Theater 2 Hour Private Rental - $250.00

    (Includes 30 minutes for set up and 15 minutes for tear down.)

    You provide your event’s DVD, Blu-ray, or Stream. (Currently Showing movies are available for an additional $6.00 per person.)

    Rental includes: 15 small popcorns + 15 small sodas. (Additional quantities may be purchased at a discount rate of $4.00 per combo.)

  • Red Theater 2 Hour Private Rental - $195.00

    (Includes 30 minutes for set up and 15 minutes for tear down.)

    You provide your event’s DVD, Blu-ray, or Stream. (Currently Showing movies are available for an additional $6.00 per person.)

    Rental includes: 15 small popcorns + 15 small sodas. (Additional quantities may be purchased at a discount rate of $4.00 per combo.)

  • Blue Theater 2-3 Hour Private Rental - $350.00

    (Includes 60 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for tear down.)

    You provide your event’s DVD, Blu-ray, or Stream. (Currently Showing movies are available for an additional $6.00 per person.)

    Rental includes: 15 small popcorns + 15 small sodas. (Additional quantities may be purchased at a discount rate of $4.00 per combo.)

  • Red Theater 2-3 Hour Private Rental - $295.00

    (Includes 60 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for tear down.)

    You provide your event’s DVD, Blu-ray, or Stream. (Currently Showing movies are available for an additional $6.00 per person.)

    Rental includes: 15 small popcorns + 15 small sodas. (Additional quantities may be purchased at a discount rate of $4.00 per combo.)

  • 1 Hour Rental of Flex Room + Currently Showing Movie - $260.00

    Up to 15 guests stay for PUBLIC “Currently Showing” movie (15 tickets included) OR a private showing during a time when regularly scheduled movies are not playing. (You can add additional people/tickets for $11 each)

    Rental includes: 15 small popcorns + 15 small sodas. (Additional quantities may be purchased at a discount rate of $4.00 per combo.)

  • Nonprofit Discount - $50.00 per hour

    Schools, churches, and nonprofits can rent a room for a discounted, hourly rate.

    Additionally, small popcorn + small soda combos may be purchased at a discounted rate of $4.00 per combo.

General Information Applicable to All Rental Packages

  • A $50.00 deposit is required to hold the date and the remaining balance is due day of event.

  • Table cloths MUST be used and are the responsibility of the renter. TVP can provide table cloths for an additional cost of $10.00.

  • Each additional hour over the agreed upon time frame will be $95.00/hour.

  • Deposit will not be returned in the event of cancellation.

  • Full use of the theater, stage, lobby, and a fully stocked and staffed concession stand at the current menu pricing.

  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD except for Cake or Cupcakes for a Birthday Party. Please speak to General Manager for exceptions.

  • With exception of popcorn & soda, all other food must remain in the flex/rental room area.

  • No confetti, glitter, or related items permitted in facility.

  • If given prior authorization, you may be permitted to hire a professional caterer for an event, with the following provisions: there will be an extra $100 charge for the rental (which will be required at the time of the deposit) and will not be returned in the event of cancellation.

  • Please Note: The Blue Theater is formally titled the Bradenbaugh-Hottenstein Auditorium and the Red Theater’s formal name is the Todd F Hoover Auditorium.
